Discovery Terms and Conditions

Bike Rentals
Cancelation of reservations 48 hours or more prior to the reserved date will result in a 15% administration fee.

Cancelation of reservations 48 hours or more for 4 or more bikes will result in a 50% administration fee

Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in a full charge.

No-shows will be charged the full price.

EARLY RENTAL RETURNS
If you choose to return a bike rental earlier than your reserved duration, no refund will be given for the reduced time.

LATE RENTAL RETURNS
If you choose to return the bike later than the reserved duration your account will automatically be charged for the extra time. PLEASE NOTE: Full Day Rentals are due back the same day and can be dropped off after hours. Full-Day Rentals are NOT 24-hour rentals.

CANCELED TRIPS AND RENTALS
Discovery Adventure Tours reserve the right to cancel any tour or rental prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. In such a case, a full refund of the cost of the trip is given. Discovery Adventure Tours are not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparation for the trip or rentals.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
